To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@kamla.co. We will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions to complete the return process. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund for the purchase price, including shipping fees.
